The Brown House sits on a hill, looking down onto the blueberry bushes and the farmstand at Emery Farm. It offers a wonderful scenic view of the surrounding farmland. This home was originally built around 1910 and was completely renovated in 2022. This house exudes charm, is powered by solar electricity, and even has its own EV car charger.

The Brown House has a large kitchen with modern appliances, a beautiful living room with very comfortable furniture, and a dining room that can accommodate eight. In the kitchen, guests will find everything they need to prepare wonderful home-cooked meals.
Upstairs, the primary bedroom has a king latex bed, and an en suite bathroom, complete with a deep tub, and a walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms each have a queen latex beds, and their own mini splits for air-conditioning and heating. Each room has adjustable LED reading lights that are dimmable on the side of each bed. Additionally, the first floor has a bathroom with a shower, as well as new washer and dryer appliances.
Heating and air conditioning are individually controlled in every room in the house. Bathroom floors are heated in the cooler seasons with electric mats embedded in the floor.
